实体合并 feed
被合并走的 id 的重定向，最旧在前。keyset 分页。object= 限制到一个家族。可匿名调用，按 IP 地址限流；应用密钥或带 catalog:read 的用户访问令牌各有更高的额度。不接受 ids=。
